Default sc61 shaft lock up on me!!!

im just wondering if anybody knows who could rebuild my sc61 for cheap....the whole shaft lock up on me the other day... ..i'd tried to spin the compresor wheel and it'll barely move...or does anyone know what went wrong...i'd check my oil and had enough oil in my motor...i useually put 5 qt. in it when changin oil...i was lookin at some rebuild kit on ebay and was wondering if it'll work...i dont know if the bearing are all lock up inside...i'd called precision(sam) and he'd told me that if i send in my turbo and have them fix,it might cost me somewhere close to bying a new one...no good customer service..seems like they diddn't want to help...

The one thing about the Ebay rebuild kits is that they don't have the capacity to Balance the shaft to over 120K rpms. Sure you can put it together yourself if you have the time and means, but the balancing is what is more important. Send it to have it professionally inspected, THEN rebuild and balance.
