ive searched and read many threads, but i havent got the exact #. one said somewhere around 50 lbs, but i dont wanna risk anything on an assumption.

Bolts/Torque Sequence:

9--3--1--5--7
----------------->time
8--6--2--4--10

1st step = Tighten Bolts 1-10 to 14 lbs-ft.
2nd step = Tighten Bolts 1-10 to 36 lbs-ft
3rd step = Tighten Bolts 1-10 to 49 lbs-ft.
4th step = Tighten Bolts 1 & 2 to 49 lbs-ft.

Loosen bolt and start over if it makes any noise and make sure you use oil or some kind of lubricant on the threads.

EDIT: make sure you torque them in sequence-- very important
