It was the biggest uk Jap car show called JAE which is held every year.

The dirt track was just a show ring normally for horse event's , but we were using it for the show and shine contest we were entered into.

On my way into work today I had a n00b question that I felt you guys might be able to answer:

Why hasn't Honda brought the DC5 Type-caR to the US?

EDIT: Sorry for the poor attempt at a hijack.

The R's they get in the UK are real. They import them from japan ( much easier for them then us).
That I know of, australia is the only place that gets the half R half S DC5.

We don't have them in North America because American Honda has issues. Why bring the awesome type r over when we can have the wonderful "Civic Si" (sarcasm)

Import one, if you want one so badly.

Personally, I'm opting for a used DC2 over a brand new DC5. It'll be CW this time and come with factory HID's though.
