im getting a 3200 rpm cut out with my b16 swap into my crx ive checked wiring and the computer and tuned it up but the same results im getting a code 4 and it also wont start in the morning after it sat through a chilly night but during the day and at night it starts fine... can someone please help me with some tips and or diagnosis............
