Got new oem antenna mast..... my old one is shoved all the way down... but motor still turns and clicks, but the antenna goes nowhere. Anyone know how I put in my new mast??? thx...91 LS, probly same as other models.. btw, old antenna mast is bent and broken

 

It's probably easier to just replace the whole power antenna assembly with one out of a junked car. I got a OEM power antenna assembly off Ebay for $25.

Since you're just doing the mast, you have to remove the antenna assembly from the car, unscrew the side panel that houses the plastic cord and then remove the broken mast.

 

it is easier to replace the hole unit. And my man above is right on ebay u can get them cheap i got to get my self one also.
