Default omni slips and illumina's vs. omni full coilovers ?

which would you guys say I get because i need a suspension setup for my DA and I was going to get the slips and illuminas, but then I just want to know if I would be better off with the omni full coilovers. This is going to be for daily driving and occasional track use. so Just give me your recoomendations between the 2. thanks alot.

Hmm.. Im kinda thinking the illuminas with the Slips would be a bit better since the illuminas are dampening adjustable(I think?), which could be nice so you could make the ride softer for daily drivig.

A great setup wouyld be koni yellows and ground control coilvers. Miles better than systems twice the price (even the omnis). Give GC a call and see if they can help you out.

If it is for an integra, either is good, but upgrade the front springs if you get the omni-slip ons cuz they are too short/weak...

I absolutely love my omni full coilovers .... the only down fall is they are non-dampening

i rock the omni power full coilovers and i will never buy anything bu full coils from now on. the adjustability is great on them as well as the ride. you can adjust the lower forks so that when you put the springs on a lower setting, you dont lose any suspension travel.

plus omni's are a great product and are priced even better.

full coilovers for sure

if u go full coilovers, get the sports, theres a loong wait on the street coils, I orderd a set almost 3 months ago, and after i got sick of waiting, i went to find out what was going on, and they are redoing the collars on them, so i settled for the sport coilovers.

Check this link: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1209644&page=4 Scroll down some to the pics...

It looks like until they do some more R&D you may want to hold off on these coilovers. But at least it sounds like they will do something to improve them. Not sure if they'll do anything for the sets already out there though. At least 4 people have had their coilovers break in the same area.

Well, i just got my sports on tonight.. there really bouncy b/c of the stiff spring rates, but handles really good.

You can only adjust the height, not the damper.

That thread about omnis breaking is kinda freakin me out.

I personally think you should off a little bit for the omni full coilover setup until more things can be sorted. These things are even breaking on street cars as shown by that CB7 that it broke on. And funny enough, daily driven vehicles goes through more stress action than a 7-race-a-year dragster.
