Default Looking to get 200hp at the wheels

Hey,
I have a 94 Acura Integra Ls, I want to put out 200hp at the wheels. Does anyone know a set-up for that (no vtec or force induction). Planning to build-up the ls. Thanks for any help given

Boost boost boost... You didn't say anything about traction though...

200 whp is pretty hard without forced induction.. Itll be more expensive then boosting it.

it's gonna take super high compression and super beefy internals, right? will he be able to get that on regular pump gas?

Now that he's added no FI... I'd be suprised if an ITR swap wouldn't be cheaper. Cheapest N/A way would probably be to get a B18C1 w/boltons though...

Don't forget you can sell the B18B if you swap.

Whatever you do don't forget to get some head work done...let that engine breath better.....or like they already said, go with a type R swap, that way its like having a ported head.

if you're trying to be cheap...i still think the greddy kit is the cheapest way to go for 200whp...

Most I've seen on here is 170 WHP. All the cost but none of the reliability of a B18C5...

it is completely possible to get 200whp+ it's just going to be expensive... like, way more than I would want to dump into a b1... but if you have the cash and are dead set on it... then go for it... otherwise... do a swap, or fi... Would you really want to go around bragging about your 200whp LS that cost you $3000+ to get to when you could spend $2000 on a turbo kit, and get upwards of 300whp with proper tuning.. think about it...

yeah, I think turbo would be the best idea if you're looking not to spend so much and get the best bang for your buck.

I've seen someone on here that got close to 180whp N/A on an LS w/ Crower 404's.

200whp is possible, I think, but it'll be very costly.

200 WHP on an LS .... NA and no VTEC will cost a LOT.

A b18c5 swap with some bolt ons or boost would be more cost effective.

Just my 02 cents.

I noticed you didn't say anything about using spray... it's set! use spray then... if you don't want to go with fi, or vtec set up, and you don't have the tons of money it's going to cost to do it.. then you're using spray... and if you do that, then you can scream "NNNOOOOOOOOOOSOSOSOZOZOSOZOZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ" and you're car will shake and everything will get blurry... and you can make it over railroad tracks fast enough to beat those trains... j/p

Some consider that FI but he may not know that...

Same principle. More oxygen(by means of unnatural aspiration) for more power.

you need vtec to get 200 whp reliably and for a relatively reasonable cost....just get a vtec head and slap it on your ls block

but it's simply not forced... yes, it's being induced into the engine, but not forced... thats what I don't get about it..

The NOS kit forces more oxygen into the air...just not mechanically...
