I'm About to put these mods into my car and wanted to know which system is best to use with it.

MODS:
CTR pistons
Skunk2 stage2 cams
Omni power valve train
dc jdm itr header
skunk2 megapower exhaust W/carsound hi flo cat
skunk2 adjustable cam gears
clutchmasters stage 3 clutch
arp rod bolts.

MODS i Already have:

AEM cold air
skunk2 intake manifold
fludyne radiator
removed A.C
removed P.S
p28 skunk2 ecu
groundcontrol coilovers
ls transmission
and remvoed cat.
98 front end conversion

So which system would you guys recommend???? the s100 or the s200??? i dotn really need the data logging because i'm having somebody tune it for me.
P.S. I looked and read some things on the s100 and some people say that its only a little chip. But i see pictures and there is this blue box there, whats all that about?

And i know i know about that god forsaken transmission lol i'm in the process of getting a gs-r transmission. lol thanks again guys
