Default Brake Light Problem on 88crx

I searched but found no good info and mostly stuff on brake lights staying on. My problem is that my brake lights aren't coming on at all. I've checked all my fuses, i've replaced the two bulbs in my 3rd brake light (this is when I noticed the problem) and i replaced the brake light switch that connects with the pedal. So at this point I'm out of ideas. I can sit there and click the new switch and still nothing happens.

All of my other lights works. I tested every light from blinkers to interior lights. Every light works except no matter what I do the brake lights won't come on (but the rear lights do work when I turn on the lights).

Someone please help me out before a car slams into the back of me. Thx.

FYI if this ever happens to anyone else and they do a search, don't only check the fuse under your dash but check the ones under your hood too. I guess "stophorn" means brake lights. Yeah, I wouldn't have checked that either unless i was desperate. I was expecting my horn to start working again. Quick switch of a 15 amp and they now work. Live and learn...
