Default dual bend vs single bend

whats the difference between the single bend and dual bend short shifter?

one has two bends the other has one??
The dual bend usually sits a bit closer to the driver to make his shifts easier and closer to him, where as a single bend you might have to reach forward a bit more.

the single bend is 1 bend, and dual is 2 bends...its kinda easy to understand by reading the titles but depending on what bend, depends on how the shifter sits at the boot....i think single is better....
