Default Accord EMS

I don't know if this is legal but I just downloaded a 98-00 Accord EMS but when I opened it, it was an European one. Those most of these EMS info apply to USDM Accords?

He downloaded an ECU online and burned it onto a disc. When he put it in his CD player in the car, it didnt read, so it must be EDM

OH!

You wrote EMS which stands for Engine Management System.

You have an ESM, electronic service manual.

I dont think any parts are the same, I mean the principles are the same, but there are different part numbers and specs, so it really won't help you out if you want specifics.

All shocks are the same, changing the oil is the same, and replacing the timing belt is the same in theory for all cars, but if you need specifics, pick up a USDM one.
