I guess thats what it is, becasue of a guard rail i hit mine got dished and bent, ...so yer saying,..theres no way to repair/replace this?

Yeah, you can replace it. I was just giving you a heads up, its welded, you'll have to break the welds, and re-weld another.
I'm not a welder, bump so someone else can give you the proper procedure for this. I know it can be done, I just never did the welding myself.

Oh ****, did you mean the color matched body panel that runs above the bumper cover?

That can be removed easily. It bolts on and off. Sorry man :\
