just got into a lil accident
this is qwwhat happened. the lady decided that she wants to stop after she started moving for a lil(you know old people. then i hit her at 2mph and there was a scratch the size of a ******* hair on her bumper. so she decided she wants to report it to insurance company so asked her plz dont do it to me. and she said no. i hate old people and i want them to die. ******* bastards just **** younger poeples life up. so the cop helped me out and wrote that she backed into me (accident report). so my question is, is my insurance gonna go up even tho nothing happened? or no. im 18 and this is my first accident. plz leave me your answers.
one more question. can i just take care of the expenses and leave my insurance company out so the insurance wouldnt go up.?
plz leave me your suggestions. thanks

Call your insurance company and see what they say after reading the police report. You don't have to file a claim if they tell you it's your fault. They'll tell you if they are accepting fault on your behalf. If they find the old lady responsible, you can get your car fixed w/o your rates going up.
nothing happened to anyof the cars. i hit at barely 2 miles an hour. only a lil scratch on her bumper. size of a hair. it took me a min to find it. i was over it, but since i hit her she wants to **** me up. is there a way that i can stop my insurance from raising?
If the cop said she backed into you, then you didn't hit her.
If your insurance says it's your fault and scratch doesn't go through primer:
Call her and take some 1500 grid sand paper and 3M rubbing compound over. Wet sand the scratch and rub out the scuff marks. Get her to sign something releasing your liability.

the cop asked me what happened and i told him that i thinkshe backed into me a lil. and he put that in the report, he was a cool guy. the scratch is so small you can barely see it. the only question is, can i stop my insurance from going up?

yep. The other dude had a scratch. Told me that he's going to call his insurance blah blah blah. Two weeks later i called my insurance, they said they heard of nothing. I call him up, he still say that he will go through insurance, a month later, still nothing from my insurance. So, just ride it out. Don't worry, be happy.
yea bout a couple months ago i was reversing in a parkin lot and an old lady was backin out her space ( you know how old people back up without lookin) well she hit me doin like 5mph. anyways the cops came told cops i was lookin for a space stopped and she backed into me. the cop put it in the accident report that she backed into me. so she was at fault.my insurance didnt go up and her insurance paid for repairs.
weelllll.....from what you posted and what you told the cop are two totally different things. Here, you admitted fault to it ( they consider that as following too closely whether you like to hear that or not
), but you told the cop ( a lie ) that you THOUGHT she backed into you in traffic. Yea, the cop was cool. The police report DOES say that she backed into you, so that there says its her fault. Moral dilemma here? Do you care? If no...then don't worry about it. If yes....then you're on your own
I had something similar where I did the same thing but I admitted to it. But the only thing was when I checked out my car and hers, there was no damage to my bumper at all, no scrapes, scratches or anything. Her bumper though...had some black paint on it ( D'OH!!! MY CAR IS BLACK!!! ). But upon further examination, that paint did NOT look like it came from my car as it was not easy to even scratch off with my thumb nail. I knew from experience that the damage was pre-existing. But she fucked me over anyway.........
Good luck with your situation though.
*edit* her car was a light green toyota tercel, and i barely even nudged her.......

As said before, the police report basically defends you and the insurance companies basically will go by that instead of just word of mouth. Her repairs are most likely going to be coming out of her pocket...not yours. So don't worry. That is...unless some magical witness appears outta nowhere to dispute the report ( which I highly doubt ).

Sounds like a crooked *** cop. YOU hit her, she didn't hit you.
to that cop. Hey, if she wants her **** fixed, it's her right. Many people have been fucked by letting the guilty person " Fix themselves, or give them money".

a police report should be filed for any kind of accident, no matter what, so they can record the incident and if it gets taken further (insurance, court, etc) there's a record.

maybe that's why old people don't like you. just a thought.
