Default Weight differences: HF and SI

Where is the weight difference between the two cars? IE is it more interior pieces, is it the sunroof assembly? Just curious (maybe ignorant, possibly retarded)

There are a lot of subtle differences that add up to the weight difference. Such as:

Smaller front brakes, HF has 3mph bumpers and the SI has 5mph bumpers, the HF doesn't have the extra support in the doors, the sunroof, The engine is lighter, HF has a smaller gas tank, no rear wiper, no rear sway bar, HF has smaller tires, lighter seats.

This is just some of the items I know of. I am sure that there are many more. I think the 88 HF weighed about 1850.

BHAHAHAHAHAHAHA...4000 lbs.!!!!!...BHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!...sorry..I just thought that was really funny...anyway..here are the weights for 1988,1990,1991 USDM CRX's...The DX weights vary depending on wether you have manual or automatic transmissions...
1988 CRX - |HF - 1819lbs.| - |DX - 1922lbs.| - |Si - 2017lbs.|
1990 CRX - |HF - 1967lbs.| - |DX - 2103 / 2136lbs.| - |Si - 2174lbs.|
1991 CRX - |HF - 1960lbs.| - |DX - 2097 / 2130lbs.| - |Si - 2167lbs.|
Yes the 1990 CRX Si is the heaviest...which is the one i have....
And as wronghand said all of those places are where the weight difference is...I can't think of anymore off hand that he hasn't mentioned.
