No. There is no catch. PasswordJDM is a VERY reputable place to buy from. I've gotton almost half my car from them. No complaints here.

I don't have anything bad to say about them, they got me a decent price on what I was looking for, and shipping was fast, but the product was questionable.
I bought the 99-00 Civic JDM style fenders with turnsignal blinkers, and the fitment wasn't quite what I had expected. My body man needed to play with them for a few hours to get them to line up correctly.
But I guess that's to be expected when dealing with aftermarket parts.
