2003 AC problems

2003 AC problems

AC is cold when the car is moving. When stopped the car blows warm air and the temp gage rises. Any ideas?

Have you checked the fans?

It isn't the fan.. It seems like a vacuum line issue, just guessing. once the air intake gets some air moving it seems like a valve or something opens. Not too sure!
