I've been running about 15 psi on my bone stock internal motor for about 3 months now. It smokes a lot though. I think I should up the boost to 18 psi, maybe it will clear out the smoking problem.........

no way!!!!! i figure the increase in cylinder pressure will most def seal up those rings better!!

8-12 psi... stock internals... been running ok on the hack for about a half year (not daily driving it though... lots of timing out at the dizzy, etc...) ... changed to hondata and its been running great for about 3 months now.
I need to compression check the motor agian to be sure but everything seems to be holding together.

which headaches are those?
turbocharging h series motors can easily be as frustrating... if not more.

save a lot of headaches? H series engines are far more sensitive to boost. Case in point, my F series is fine with 12psi boost spikes. A mate's H23 spiked to 12psi once and needs to be torn down because the rings or ringlands are shot

7 psi daily on the f22b1
10 psi is my high setting
been running smooth for about 3 months now. no problems what so ever. of course i've got ems, 550 RCs, and wideband to help me fine tune. not running a closed loop wideband as of yet. well worth it...makes the accord fun to drive

For those of you running stand alone engine management systems what are you running and which ECU did you chip and why? I have a 91 accord and I am planning to swap in an f22b1. I am trying to get an idea of what parts I need to do the swap.
i converted to an F22B1, infact my whole car is running of the 95 Accord EX ECU. only thing not hooked up is the EGR valve. still pullin 400 miles out of a full tank, and thats drivin hard.

aem ems...the only way to go in my book...
but a more inexpensive alternative is definitely hondata/uberdata/etc...still not bad choices.
