Oil leak in ED Civic distributor

Oil leak in ED Civic distributor
We own an ED 1.5 twin carb Civic from the land of Oz, that has developed an oil leak inside the dizzy cap. Can the dizzy be dismantled and have the seal/bearing pressed backed in and if so what is the model/type of the bearing ?
