Did a search and came back with plenty of results, the usual pcv valve cap rotor wires plugs and fuel filter. But my question to all of you is if the compression test came back good tryed all the other options what else. I came across someone in a search that had mentioned if you have cams that have a more aggressive lobe that may have effect on idle obd2 ecus pick that up as a misfire, when really it is not a misfire, that you would have to convert to obd1.

Just wanted to see some other feedback on that subject...
