i installed a 99 si cat on my 93 civic hatch without any modifications except pluging the o2 bung up, but the cat is my friends and he needs it back. my question is a gsr cat the same? what abotu the 96-00 civics (cx,dx,ex,si). what other cats are interchangeable without modifying it. please post everythign u know about OEM cats.

i dont want an aftermarket one, OEM only!!!

the 92-95 civic ones will work, i'm pretty sure

 

i know, but the 92-95 all have high mileage. what other OEM cats will work?

 

EK EX will. DX/CX/LX(i think) have it built into the header. DC2 GSR should fit, may require a bit of modification to exhaust, but not sure.

 

so 96-00 EX are the same at 99-00 si cats?
