it seems like a reflection of the flash that was used.

There is reflective Rim tape on the lips of the rims. When night time comes around, people could see me alittle better when headlight hits it

Bike, are population control. Sorry but I had to add that. Becareful man because people don't seem to respect other people on bikes, but thats usually because they are always doing 100+mph past everyone. Have fun and wear a helmet. I probably sound like your mom.
