Default Turbo setup My pans for my 90 integra rs

Hey guys whats up,

I plan on piecing together a turbo kit for my
90 integfra rs
127K miles
(in shop replacing motor mounts and tranny

My plans and goals

100% daily driver, Just looking for some extra power and fun,
Need the motor to last at least 1 year
Looking for about 225WHP250WHP
In high school so I'm on a very tight budget

Want to keep A/C and P/S etc...

I also want something that spools up pretty fast, T3
But unsure on the exact trim I want .60?
As I'm more interested in acceleration than top speed

Here is what I was thinking
What ever doesn't have anything means I'm unsure

-Turbo Manifold

-Wastegate

-Turbo
T3 .60 Trim?

-Downpipe

-Exhaust system
(2.5 inch downpipe, full 2.5 inch ehuast)

-Injectors
DSM 450's from ebay

-I/C pipe/charge pipes,
custom DIY

-I/C MFIC
Ebay $200

-BOV
TamKO TYPE H-RFL BOV

-Vacuume hose an T fittings
-Oil suply and return hoses

-Turbo Timer
Apexi Auto Turbo Timer $75

-Boost controller
TurboXS HPBC

-Fuel
AEM Fuel pressure reg.
AEM Fuel filter
What else?

-High pressure fuel pump?
(Whatkind)

-EMS
Hondata s200
What ECU?

-Tuneing
Dyno W/tuner

-Spark Plugs
I know colder plugs what what?

-gauges,
Boost, Water, Oil temp etc...

Am I missing anything?
The ones that have nothing means I'm unsure what I should get and where

I'm on a very very tight budget,
like 1,300 + Tuning money

Thanks, Later

here are pics of the car,
The only thing on the outside will be tinting
Sleeper yo (Aside from the FMIC)

take out the aem fuel filter and save $100... stock replacement is fine. Man your budget is extra tight. I dont know if you gonna be able to git-r-done, but good luck.

I really dont think you need the fuel pressure regulator. Im running a stock one, and it is fine. You might want to look into some free tuning systems like turbo edit or uberdata. Maybe even learn to tune yourself to save some more money. I also might hold off on the turbo timer. They are nice to have, but you really dont need one. A T3 would probably be good for your goals. I am runnig a .63ar T3/T4, and make 10psi by 4K rpms.

Thanks,
I would like to learn to tune but If I mess up... is what I'm worried about
I'm also on a very tight budget

I know people who are at 225WHP and everything cost them 850
But they used a 12:1 fmu
I'm hoping I can do everything for 1,200+
I am trying to find a mani that lets me keep my A/C

Thanks, Later

Im using an sfp manifold. It is supposed to be ac and ps compatible. I think the downpipe would be very tricky to make if you keep the ac. Especially if you have the stock integra crossmember. I know your said your on a budget, but an aftermarket crossmember will work wonders for room. I would also suggest that you still look into turbo edit. The system is free, you would just need a chipped ecu and someone to tune it. I think you can get a street tune for pretty cheap too. I think the best advise i could give you would be to take your time and do everthing right. There is no point in rushing and screwing something up. I collected parts for my car for about a year and a half before i put everthing on. Try searching on g2ic.com, you will find a lot of good info on that site.

yea dude, don't rush and blow ur motor. As the above said, my dc2 has been out since last oct. Rebuilding the motor and getting my turbo setup done. Take ur time and get get quality parts where they are needed.

The intercooler, check out johnnyracecar.com, i got one of his for around 200$ and its sweet.

Wastegate, get a tial

You can get a walbro 255HP for around 100$

Ditch the turbo timer. You don't need one right now.

Exhaust check out kteller.com or have a muffler shop fab one up for you.

gauges, get a boost, oil press. maybe a wideband. Get some cheap autometer procomps or w/e for like 50$/peice. There mechanical and you'll have an oil line going into ur cabin, but ur gonna pay for electrical.

Oil lines you can ask stan on here. The prices aren't that bad at all.

Vacuum lines, go to a store and just buy some varying sizes, 3mm, 5mm, etc.

IC pipes, mani, downpipe, i would definitely ask spoolinperformance to make everything for you. It would be alot easier to just get all of that from one place, and you know everything is gonna fit nice with eachother.

ditch the aem fuel filter, get a stock replacment. Stock rail will be fine, Your stock FPR would prolly be fine, you can check out B&M, they can be had for cheap. Aeromotive if you want to spend the money.

check out some of turboxs's manual boost controllers, or a hallman. They can be had for a couple hundred.

Check out your free options for fuel managment, http://uberdata.pgmfi.org would be a good start. I'm not how u would go about it w/ a g2, but im sure you can find out.

Spark plugs, pick up some ngk's, i forget the exact part numbers, but i think there 7's in heat range.

All in all, for your sake, time's sake. Try to get everything already fabbed up for you, pipes, downpipe, oil lines, etc. DIY is overrated

Trust me, unless YOU can do ALL of that yourself in your garage, there will be alot of aggravation.

Good luck.
