I am getting this EK hatch with a Mugen front lip. But it has a Spoon spoiler. So i am thinking of giving it the Spoon look. Or shld i keep it Mugen? How low does the Spoon lip sit compared to the Mugen one?

 

i like the spoon lip better than the mugen one. Also, the spoon lip is carbon fiber.

 

why go for a mugen look or a spoon look....go for a spoogen look.

the mugen lip is much cleaner...the spoon lip is over rated...i like the fact that the mugen lip can be painted...the pure carbon fiber look all over your'e car is kinda cheap looking...but this is only my opinion...

Seems like most of the ppl prefer Spoon look to Mugen look. Guess i have to sell off the lip and rims then.

 

Just keep what you have, it's fine.

Most of these people who are into Mugen/Spoon have maybe an oil cap and a header then start calling themselves Mugen/Spoon-Spec.

Also wait until you get the car to start planning out modifications.

 

True. But now it looks abit weird with the Spoon spoiler and the Mugen MF10. Planning on getting rid of them to make way for a set of SW388s. The lip looks great actually. But i am a Spoon fan from a long time back. Even my present EG6 also has the Spoon mirrors and spoiler. Spoon has a more track car look whereas Mugen gives a more classic look.

I'm also into Spoon, but I actually track my car and use it unlike a lot of people who end up with Spoon show cars.

There are no tracks from where i am from. We take part in races held in carparks. Needless to say, we need to gain more exposure but the govt refuses to build a racetrack for us.
