with 17" rims and a 2" drop with a 94 integra the rims will rub that lip in the tire well right???

how would you go about removing that lip

grinder jig saw ???

also that LCA bolt is stuck my neighbor said that it would snap with air tools

ppl usually just bend the lip of the fender, not really cut it. use a baseball bat, a baseball, or a rubber mallet, but support the front side with a rag or beanbag while you push the backside up/out. work it slowly to not crack the paint.

alot of the times, those suspension bolts are just hard to take out. you should use a good breaker bar to get enough leverage. these bolts also commonly do sieze enough to break off the head of the bolt. so it might be worth having a spare bolt and bushing if necessary for contingency. i personally have never broken a suspension bolt. but i certainly dont doubt it could happen.

hehe, be very persistent with the lubricant. i got one of those bolt-seized-to-the-bushing jobs undone after 20 something hours of repeated spraying a little while back, although the bolt outlived an old impact wrench.
