Default Help with D16Z6 Turbo Setup. Nothing but the best parts!

Aight, heres the setup so far.

Going into a 91 Civic Hatch, full weight.

D16Z6 Block Bored 40 over
Shot Peened Stock Crank
Posted Cylinder Walls
Excessive Persormance Block Guard
Port and Polished Head
Stock Valves and Valve Train
Love Fab Mini Mi SS Exhaust Manifold
Precision SC-61
Tial 38mm Wastegate, unless bigger is better.
Precision Intercooler
Drag III Piping
ARC BOV from JDM Skyline GTR-34
4" Downpipe
Apex-i N1 Catback.

Looking for 22-30psi. Engine being built by former NASCAR engine builder for Rusty Wallace.

I am curious now what parts should I use for the following:
Fuel Pressure Regulator?
Fuel Pump?
Fuel Pressure Riser? Sard any good?
Camshaft?
Cam Gear?
Crank Pulley?
Clutch?
Flywheel?
LSD?
Intake Manifold?
Head Gasket?
Intake Manifold Gasket?

Any other parts I failed to mention. Sorry, but I jsut happened on alot of money to get this Hatch done. Only the best parts will do. If stock can be replaced with something name brand and expensive. thats the way I wanna go.

Thanks

probably should get new valves, valve springs, and retainers. You definately want to rev higher with that turbo considering your probably going to have a quite a bit of lag, but I can't say how much considering your bored over quite a bit. But actually it may be alright then.

Maybe its just me...but I honestly don't think that even if you shot peen the rods it wont handle that much boost(20-30psi) If you have money trouble get some eagles. Yes get springs, retainers, and valves.

why block post if you using the best parts

Why would you need to post the block and run a blockguard? I don't think apex'i makes an n1 catback for the 91 hatch, if they do it's not going to be even close to your 4 inch downpipe , not even 3.
Fuel Pressure Regulator? and Fuel Pressure Riser? Sard any good?
Fuel Pump?
are the same thing, aem and be done with it
Camshaft? zex 53900
Cam Gear? any1 will do
Crank Pulley?not needed
Clutch?clutch specialities stage 5 1420
Flywheel?buy as a kit
LSD? quiafe
Intake Manifold?full-race, rlz
Head Gasket? stock
Intake Manifold Gasket?not needed

Wait, is this post a joke? You work at a performance shop (according to sig) yet you have no idea what you are talking about. You posted your block and got a blockguard? Shotpeened crank? Stock valve train? 4" dp into Apexi exhaust? Geez, what the hell are you talking about.

If you want to know a good setup, copy mine:

Head:
-JG pro series portwork
-JG stainless valves
-Skunk2 springs
-Skunk2 retainers
-Skunk2 cam gear
-Zex 59300 cam

Shortblock:
-ARP studs
-Crower rods
-CP pistons
-Stock sleeves (bored to 75.5, no blockguard or posting)

Turbo:
-SC50
-Full 3" dp and exhaust courtesy of kteller
-Tial BOV
-Tial 38mm wastegate
-xo2 intercooler
-Tunertoys 2.5" charge pipe
-Homemade tubular manifold

I'm also running an ACT prolite flywheel, a clutch specialties stage 3 6-puck unsprung clutch (sucky, but cheap), a walbro 255 fuel pump ($90 on ebay), and an AEM FPR. Currently running a stock intake manifold.

I'm using a hondata intake manifold gasket and skunk2 cam gear, but I got both for free. I wouldn't have bought them, they aren't really necessary.

No, this isn't a joke.

N1 is a muffler with KTeller 3'' piping, mandrel bent.

I forgot the fact that I am gonna run Eagle Rods. They are sitting on the shelf in my shop.

The block I am using was already posted and had a block guard in it. So i am gonna run it til she blows I guess.

The build up started as a cheap-o then I got some cash.

Enzospeed, thanks for the help!!! Thats all I wanted. What are the numbers you threw down?

BTW, gonna run Hondata tuned by Cortney Green.

^^PM'd. I was also going to get an aftermarket intake manifold, but I stuck with stock because I couldn't get any good answers on what's the best and what the benefits are. I suppose eventually I'll get a 65mm throttle body and a skunk2 or edelbrock manifold.

BTW, I have a JG intake manifold on ebay right now. Looks like it may go cheap, you might want to look into that. I would keep it for myself but I need money.
