yah, i know, odd question....

Okay lets see if ican clear upt he question. Do they make any adapters for cars to use electrical things liek a lamp for cars? Like how a lamp has the power plug that u plug into the wall. is there an item that exists to sue this "lamp" in the car.

Im not gonna use a lamp. but other things, like chargers for other batteries

is it possible, or do they exist?

Yah exactly.. You can find these at bigger retail stores (like Walmart) and probably Kragen, Grand Auto, but I've never noticed them there..

Just keep in mind that u cannot use anything with a big draw (high amperage) like a fkn lawnmower or compressor, but smaller items like u mentioned (battery charger) or whatever.. All the specs are on the package showing you the type of things u can typically use..

ive had one for a while in my car running my psx. try to pick up one thats 75w. that one is about a good all around energy source for almost anything you need and it wont suck up the battery that much. Mine works great, no problem. Picked it up from wal-mart for 24.95. and saw the same one at Radio Shack for 42.95. Stop by wal-mart and take a look ^_^

It's called a power inverter. Smaller ones you plug into the cig lighter. You can get larger ones but you should run them straight off the battery w/ large guage cable.

I've got one, picked it up at radio shack.
I can run a TV, VCR, and a battery charger on it at the same time.
Also, it will detect if the battery is getting too low and then shut it off, to prevent me from draining the battery.

I think it was about $30.

hope this helps.

sorry, no, i don't have a part #.
But i do know it's annodized blue, and they make several different models.

also, it only has one outlet, and i had to run a multiple outlet plug-in to run all the devices at once.
