i need opinions here..allright this is the deal would i be better off upgrading the internals, turboing, doing a stroke etc.. increase and swaping to a manual on the f22a6 and alot of other upgrades...or swaping to the h22a... how much hp can be expected out of the f22a6...i know alot of stuff about this motor but i dont know what to do..any suggestions will be great!!

 

you can get 200whp out of the f22a6 with a 1200$ turbo kit from a guy i know. bout the same as the h22a. that would be way cheap id think, but how many miles are on your engine?

 

like 160k,i think imma try swapping the head the single over head cam vtec motor unsure which it is think its the 94 or something looks like my head except turned around and its vtec what motor is that?
