Default 2000 Civic front sway bar

I was wondering if anyone knew where to source a larger front swaybar for my 2000 EX coupe. I know the Si has a larger one, with better bushings than mine, but I'm having trouble finding one; and I was hoping to go larger anyway.

All the other fronts on the market are sold in kits, and I don't need the rear. Any help would be appreciated.

suspension techniques make one. and you can't just swap the 00 si one. you have to change your front control arms with the ones from the si too.

edit. have you upgraded your bushings? I did that and it made a pretty good difference on the front.

Really? I had heard that as long as all the hardware was purchased, that it should be a direct swap. I guess I'll go and check the part numbers for verification.

I haven't upgraded the bushings, but that's not really my problem. I need a much larger swaybar to even out the handling of the car; I'm having serious oversteer / spinning issues.

I saw the ST bar, and also a Neuspeed and Eibach, but have only seen it in kits with a front and rear bar. I could always sell the rear, but don't want to go through the hassle. Coming up with nothing in the classifieds and eBay.

contact a shop that sells them. I was able to buy just a rear. I'm sure you can order just the front. the mounts on the front bar of an si are like the rears using endlinks, whereas on the ex/lx it has the stud that drops through the bar and arm and squishes down the bushings.

$60 shipping

I guess I'll just have to call around some shops and see who has a front one sitting around. Thanks for the tips everyone.
