what would i need to have to get my ITR 22mm rear sway bar

onto my Civic EX coupe?

 

Endlinks from a 99+ Si and a swaybar mounting kit like Beaks or BSQ's.

What do those end-links look like?

I ended up with some that were 'Z' shaped and didnt work all that well. We also put a 22 bar on a freind's GSR and we used hi stock end links which worked very well (on a GSR anyway).

There are many ways to get an ITR rear swaybar onto an EG couple. Some are better than others. I make a reinforcement kit that makes the ITR brackets compatible with the EG/DC's subframe, at the same time reinforces the brackets so tear out problems won't occur:
