Default change to maunal

i have the oppertunity to get a really nice integra shell ......for cheap BUT its automatic....considering my motor already has the tranny and shift linkage....how much would it be roughly to change to stick and what parts would i need.....the motor is a complete ls vtec turbo....

just to save you from been flamed, people are gonna say search because it has be covered many times.

Chk this link out https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1255332 it shows what part you may need to do the swap. I'd say you are gonna be spending $1300-$1800. Depends if you are gonna do the swap yourself and how cheap you could get the parts.
