Wanna trade cams??? Just feeling it out.
I will be disassembling my cyl. head soon and was wondering if anyone with some BC4's would want to trade me for my Sk2 stg2's? Or does anyone have a yey or ney opinion on this. The bottom is factory J- type R, would the lower power band of the BC's not match the capability of the bottom too well or is it just up to preference. Any interest offers or comments welcome. Also can anyone post up a link to an overlay of the BC4 and STG2, I must be retarded

BC4 has a mush larger primary lobe and produces more power under the curve but requires more compression than most mid tier cams.

The Skunk2 stage2 and Buddy Club 4 Hi lobes have the same valve timing events.

that's 266 duration and 262 duration.
It's just your primary lobe that is smaller. So with the BC4's i would say that you are producing more momentum with the larger primary, so you can engage vtec higher in engine speeds.
