I have a 96 hatch, the tag rattles like crazy, and the little brim on the back window go's crazy. I have a cheap solution to the vibration issue. Take 4 old or new valve stems. Cut off the end, the end that seals the inside of the rim. Basically it should like like a little cough drop. Wedge two under the brim on the back window, seperate them like 5 inch apart in the center of the brim. Take the other two and slip them under the tag. They stay in place, totaly kills the rattle, and lets you have a cleaner bass sound (less outside noise with tag and brim). Its a nice cheap way that works great due to the fact that its rubber absorbing the vibration. Idk if this is old news, if not, cool. It works, enjoy.
