auto to manual tranny.... won't start from the ignition
i can manually start it from under the hood but i heard when you do a auto to manual transmission you need to re-wire something from the starter to the ignition any help will work thanks

No, you do not. Just get a manual starter and install it like you normally would and you're golden.

You need to jumper the two largest wires from the shifter harness. It is right in front of the AT shifter.
I personally left the harness there and I just soldered the two together and I was golden. You also have to jump two wires ti signify that you are in park, or you can't get the key out.
