Default opinions....spark plugs / oil / lsd tranny fluid

OK i did a little searching and heres what i found and i just want to make sure i use the best i possibly can....CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG...but a lot of people recommend the GM Synchromesh friction modifier for the LSD b16a sir2 tranny...as for spark plugs everyone seems to think the NGK's are the best...and i was also wondering what oil should i use in my sir2? Synthetic non-synthetic? 10w30?? I live in vegas so its hot as a ****...maybe use something a little thicker? Just got this swap done and im clueless....ANY help appreciated. Thx. Also running 91 octane gas.
