Default $3500 What would you do?!!

I recently bought a B16a and now I want to get more power from it. I want to keep it NA. I have about $3500 that I can put into it. Should I send the engine to a machine shop or should I be buying parts like pistons and stuff? Unless you guys have a site that cam help me with this.

Thanks!

Buy parts, then send to machine shop for machining and assembly. Nextel|Done.

DO some decent Rods and pistons that will bump the compression up and build the top end.
