Default 1 bolt holding down fuel rail?

I have a 2002 civic lx coupe turbo and currently am installing form rc 550cc injectors, but am running into a little issue with clearence of one of the sensors on the TB and the fuel rail. the 550cc injectors are alot bigger then my stock ones, or even the rsx-s ones i had in there before, so this was never an issue before. right now i was able to get one of the bolts for the fuel rail in, but the other will not align because of the fitment issue. is it safe to just have the one bolt in and tighten it down really hard so that there is no play in the fuel rail at all and it sits real snug. will this cause any problems?

OR, dremel the seals out so the RCs fit down a little tighter.
