can i use eagle rods with ctr pistons??

same question as above. can i use these rods :
H-Beam Rod Specs:
5.430 Rod Length Apprx. Gram Weight 510
1.771" Crank Pin .826" Piston pin
B.E Width .858" Bushed Fit Pins - Full Floating
with civic type r pistons??? stock bore?? its going in a gs-r.
i heard that there are problems with these if so then what kind o rods would you recommend?? im not trying to spend manoey on machining these rods

gosh i really need an answer because i think im stuck. i already ordered the pistons and now i find out that they won't fit with these rods that i'm trying to get.
you need to have the pistons modified to accept the floating piston pin/bushing style of the rods.
yes it will work but you need to send them to a good machine shop to have them modified.
