what is a good drop height, I need addvice!!!!!!
i really want to lower my crx but i want to do it right. i dont have enough money for coilovers and i heard they are bumpy. i think i am going to get sprint srpings but am not sure how much to drop it. i heard that if i drop it 2.5 in. i will run into lots of problems (shocks, struts, bushings, and camber kit). i want to just get springs and not new shocks and camber kit. does anyone have any addvice for me. would i have any problems droping it 2.0in in the front and 1.8in. rear.

If you are gonna lower your car. Do it right the first time. Get the springs and socks. I would personally go with anything lower than a 1.8 drop,1 inch drop on a rex isnt gonna cut it. Coilovers are pimp and ideal but how often are you gonna lower and raise your car. These are ideal for road racing and i guess for show. I acually use it for the track. KYB, KONI,TOTIKO,BILSTIEN,al make good shocks. On my wife bi6 crx we used the toticko shocks and sprint 2.25 drop. Looks really good. Camber was off 2 deg. but after alignment it was corrected to 1.3. I would invest ina camber kit if you go lower than 2.0 cuz your tires are not gonna like it.
Sh motorsports has deals on the CRX suspensions all the time, we got the 4 shocks and springs for 310 shipped. Check them out!!

2" the stiffest spring rates possible ( ground control ) and some kinda of adjustable stut ( illumina's or KYB AGX ) and you should have a fair sus setup. 1 to 10 id say its like a 7. point is do it all at once.
i found these skunk2 springs on shmotorsports.com: http://www22.ivenue.com/shmotorsport/item98848.ctlg
does anyone know what size drop these are?

i have sprint springs, and i like them its a 2.25 inch drop. after investing in a camber kit and struts the only problem i had was scraping, but i like the way it rides.
