Why not just upgrade the whole valve train since you are going to be putting in cams anyway? You might as well upgrade the springs incase you run it into redline. The stiffer springs will reduce the chance of you hitting a valve.
You need to upgrade the valve springs at the same time as doing the cams. The lift on the S2 stg2's is to large for the stock itr valve train, there is a very good chance that the stock springs will bind causing you to drop valves very quickly.
