Canadian Type R.. USDM Type R ?

My buddy has a set of cams from a 99 Canadian R that I may consider purchasing.. and I was wondering if anyone knew what the specs on it were in relation to the USDM R cams. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

they should be the same as US cams but not sure which years... 00-01 US cams were a touch more aggressive then the 97-98s.

I bet if you searched properly you could find the answer

canadian cams come with eskimos and igloo men.. they run cooler, therefore faster.
