Default cams and tuning ?

I have a 91 ls b18a with b18b cams there a little more aggressive . the ecu is from a 91 integra (b18a1) . My car just doesn't seem to have the power it should nor turn even close to the times all the people here on h-t have . I was wondering if the change in stock cams would result in needing to be tuned to get the most power out of it .
I've done a compression test and replace about everything and still doesn't seem any better . I had 17's on my car but now im running 195 60 r14 , seem to change the ride but don't notice to much difference in acceleration but i haven't had it to the track yet since i did that .

so again my question is would i need to have my motor tuned bc i have b18b cams in a b18a (b18a ecu ) thanks guys

What were your times? Base fuel pressure? Timing?

I would think that if you had any bolt ons that having it tuned could only help.

my best time is a 15.5 with a 2.3 60 i think it was 87 or 88 mph trap , i know my heavy wheels werent helping and my 60 ft but most the other rexs are in the 14's .the track is 600ft above sea level .

i have a 90 si and i dont know whatmy fp is and i havent checked my timing , probably would be a smart thing to do Ill get back to you guys on that .

i just have cai , header , b18b cams , 2.25 exhaust , no cat thats it for performance . I have coilovers that i tryed messin with at the track to get better launches helped a little .

I just thought of something else , the motor is from an auto teg im not sure about the b18b cams is there a difference in the auto vs manual cams ??

I bought the car from a good friend of mine with the swap already done
