Default Couple of questions- Mid swap

preface: b16a into 89 CRX si

1 I am using the si clutch cable and when hooked up, I am not getting ANY release from the pedal, why?

2 Can I rid myself of the canister system? On my IM and TB there are no hookups that I can use of proper diameter. So Can I just take the can out and not worry about it?

3 I use the Si fuel line right?

4 Wish I'd never bought the engine, period.

im not sure what the problem is on the clutch cable, if u hooked it up right it should work fine, its a good thing to replace it anyways.

the charcoal canister can be removed, but u can hook it up. i used a fitting and a smaller piece of hose.

the si fuel line is used

why do u wish u never got it? trust me when u get it in u will be happy with the results

I am not sure if this applies, but on my ZC swap I was having trouble with the clutch not releasing and it turns out I had the plastic adjuster nut torqued down too tight.

When not running the canister, do I just not hook it up to the manifold or what else is there to do?
