Default zc block with b18 head?

Is it possible to put a b18 head onto a zc block? Is it even worth the time to do it?

no.

from what i understand, the zc, both sohc and dohc, are strange mutants of the d series family. nothing from a b series will work on a d series. someone correct me if i am wrong.
