Can I use a USDM Integra Type-R Stock Header or a DC Sports USDM Type-R Header in my 97 Integra RS w/ B18B1 motor? I know I can fit the JDM DC ITR header but hat about the USDM one? Anyone used the USDM ITR header instead of the JDM ITR header?

Yes, it will bolt right on. However, the stock ITR exhaust manifold doesn't flow terribly well, and probably won't be worth the cost or effort to install it.

Well, I know the USDM ITR header has a 2.25" collector compared to the JDM ITR with a 2.5" collector, I want to run the USDM one because I don't want to end up damaging the header sice the JDM ITR one hangs really low, and I wanna run 2.25" piping instead of 2.5" , What if I used a DC Sports USDM Type-R header would that be better, and my motor is DOHC Non-Vtec so I wouldn't want to run that big of a piping size like 2.5". Doesn't the USDM Type-R header flow better than a Dc Sports Header made for the LS? What would you reccomend?

The USDM ITR exhaust manifold has a 2" OD collector, not 2.25". The DC Sports header would be a better option, but you can find 4-2-1 headers that offer greater performance without sacrificing ground clearance. The choice really depends upon your budget and your plans for the setup.

most 4-2-1 fit closer to the oil pan

Not sure what you mean. I was explaining that there are 4-2-1 headers that will perform better than the the DC Sports header (either 4-1 or 4-2-1 version) while still maintaining the ground clearance that the original poster was concerned about.

So DC Sports is out of the question, i'm thinking of the Edelbrock 2-piece Header since they make a replacement down pipe for racing that has a 3" exit dumping out to the ground, w/ no cat attached. Don't got money for like the SMSP or Comptech, or Kakimoto and such.
