Default 99 civic si eating alot of OIL and GAS

I have a 99 civic si with 87000 miles. I just changed the oil with mobile 1 synthetic about 1000 miles ago. And i just checked the dipstick and it doesnt even have a drop of oil. I also get 15-20 miles a gallon with 93 octane gas. And Alot of white smoke is coming out the exhaust at FOT. What could be the PROBLEM?

MODS:
aem adj cams (Set at 0)
edelbrock intake manifold
aem cold air intake
aem fuel regulator
aem fuel filter
aem fuel rail
ngk spark plugs
skunk 2 exhaust
unorthodox crank pulley
stage 4 clutch master
lightened flywheel
