are the JDM EF 88-91 Civic hatchback tail lamps (3pc set) DIRECT REPLACEMENT?
I need new taillights mine are ghetto painted, will these hook right up with no problem?

how come on fourthgencivic.com or whatever he has a how to in the technical section on how to do, like there is somthing else that needs to be done...

I have a set of jdm taillights on my 88 HB and they do bolt on with a little trimming and some rewiring. Nothing to worry about ,but it is not a direct blot and go.
