The manual always recommend the highest mfr PSI. Depends on on which tire, 35psi is about the optimal range on the streets for traction and tire wear.

I run somewhere either 30/30 or 30/29 on the track, depends on the condition.

~30-32ish is perfect for twisties/track.

Maybe I'll try that tonight, got a very good high speed road along the mnt/ocean coastline that im doing, but thats a fair drop in PSI, bringin my rear down to 32....I seem to rememeber running 30 in the rear before and at high speeds (100-120 mph) it would feel like my back tire was slipping??

are you still running the dunlop 218s? no joke, these are the worst tires i've ever ridden on. i can't believe suzuki put these on this bike. my rear on my 600CC slides just from accelerating out of corners. i have 780 miles on them and i'm replacing them already... for race compound

Yeh I am still on the 218's...I will be getting rid of them for either pilots or diablos but these ones still got a fair bit of life in them. Im not really a fan of these tires. I wonder if i should drop my PSI Ive noticed as I raised the PSI from 34 to 42 they don't slip as much on hard acceleration out of corners but it could just be in my head...Would you say that the 32front/32rear worked best for you on these crappy tires?
