repairing DA JDM one piece headlight
I have a set of JDM one pieces on my DA teg. Well a shovel fell over in my garage and the end of the handle hit the corner light on one of my one piece's and busted the corner off. My question is, what kinda glue or whatever should I use to re-attach the broken piece?? I was thinking of just using a little super glue but then remembered that super glue likes to melt plastic. What should I use to have it looking like new again??
bump
Anyone?? I'm kinda in a hurry and need a qick response. I wrecked my DA and I'm selling my one pieces and they need to be in the mail by tomorrow. And the kid I sold them to wants me to fix this piece before I ship them. So what should I use???

well that wont work. The idea is to conceal the break as much as possible, not make it stand out.
What will work well that is clear?? Do you guys think it would be safe to use a little super glue??

well, super glue is **** for this application. it will melt under the heat of the lamps also. but, you can get clear 2 ton epoxies at your local hardware store, it will do the trick!!! trust me, i work at one...lol
You think it would still get too hot even if its just the very tip of the corner light?? Its on the bottom tip part of the corner light. If so, got any brand names of the **** your talkingabout??
yeah i work at an Ace, and the ace brands work very well. DAP also makes a very good product. super glue isnt really going to seal out the elements though either, which is why i think that you should go with an epoxy.
