I was changing the transmission fluid in my '94 Civic EX. My friend and I noticed when I put my foot on the brake and shifted the transmission in various gears, the engine and transmission pivot about 1/4" to 3/8" at the rear motor mount. The mount itself doesn't seem cracked or broken. The pivot point seems to be at the location where the mount is bolted to the frame of the car. I understand that some amount of play in the mount is normal, but is this amount normal? Do I need a new motor mount? Thanks.
