hey, i know this is a frequently asked question especially for this board but it would be great to get some info. i would like to know what kinds of engines would fit/work in my rex (86 crx dx) ive heard many do but what ones fit in easy and work...im thinking now either a dc or b16..i dont know the specifics but it would be great to know which ones better overall(mod wise) or one that fits better ect. thanks.

 

nothing bolts directly in, nothing worthwhile anyways. that said, you can put anything in you want, as long as you have the money.

 

there are plenty of engines that 'bolt-in'.....the d16a6 out of the 88-91 si, the 88-91 zc, and the d16z6/y8 out of the 92-00 civics.....the all bolt-in, but you'll always have an issue w/ wiring since ya have a dx..
